EU-backed ‘AfrIPI’ project comes to an end after five years of promoting intellectual property

On Friday 25 July, the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI) announced on X the closure of the Africa Intellectual Property Rights and Innovation Project (AfrIPI), which was co-funded and implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO); in doing so, they are bringing to an end five years of collaboration.
