European Commission consults on “28th regime” for businesses

09/07/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 9 July, the European Commission launched a public consultation on the creation of a 28th regime for companies, which is due to be the subject of a proposal next year (see EUROPE B13645A1).
