EU27 approve Council/European Parliament provisional agreement on simplification of Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism

27/06/2025 (Agence Europe) – The Member States’ permanent representatives to the EU have given the go-ahead for the adoption of the provisional agreement reached with the European Parliament on the ‘omnibus’ regulation simplifying the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
