EU and India conduct new joint naval exercise

02/06/2025 (Agence Europe) – The European Union and India are conducting a joint naval exercise in the Indian Ocean from 1 to 3 June. The exercise covers advanced counter-piracy operations, interoperability, tactical manoeuvres and enhanced communication protocols, “reflecting the growing maritime security cooperation between the two sides”, announced the European External Action Service in a press release. The exercise is supervised by the respective Maritime Operations Centres...
