Spain and BEUC unite against unfair hand luggage charges imposed by seven low-cost airlines

On Wednesday 21 May, Pablo Bustinduy, Spain’s Minister for Social Rights and Consumer Affairs, and the European Consumers Organisation (BEUC) denounced the unfair practices of low cost airlines regarding hand baggage to the European Commission and the European network of consumer protection Authorities (CPC-Network).
