European Committee of Regions calls for standalone budget programme with stronger support for regional innovation ecosystems

In a letter sent on Thursday 24 April to Marcin Kulasek, Poland’s Minister for Science and Higher Education (see EUROPE B13597A20), the Committee of the Regions’ rapporteur calls for a standalone Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (FP10) in the next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF), with stronger support for regional innovation ecosystems.
