25/04/2025 (Agence Europe) – The EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) is opening a public consultation, from 24 April to 22 May, to gather contributions from stakeholders and thus inform its decision-making process on the proposal from the transmission system operators (TSOs) to modify the harmonised allocation rules (HAR) for long-term electricity transmission rights.
