Glenn Micallef launches official start of Ukraine’s first ‘European Youth Capital’ in Lviv

03/04/2025 (Agence Europe) – The European Commissioner for Intergenerational Fairness, Youth, Culture and Sport, Glenn Micallef, travelled to Lviv (Ukraine) on Thursday 3 April to mark its start as ‘European Youth Capital 2025’.
