Green light for fourth amendment to French regional aid map

12/03/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 12 March, the European Commission approved a fourth amendment to France’s regional State aid map until 31 December 2027. This amendment extends the areas eligible for this aid to the regions of Hauts-de-France, Normandy, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Occitanie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Île-de-France (non-predefined ‘c’ areas). The maximum intensity in favour of large companies in areas already designated remains 15% of eligible investment costs,...
