Leaders of 77 European decarbonisation projects sign grant agreements for total of €4.2 billion

Following the announcement of the results of the Innovation Fund 2023 (IF23) call for proposals, the leaders of 77 decarbonisation projects from 18 European countries have signed their grant agreements, with operations scheduled to take place between 2025 and 2031.

Funded by the EU Emissions Trading System (see EUROPE B13393A16), the grants range from €1.4 million to €262 million, with an emissions reduction potential of 397.6 million tonnes of CO2 equivalent over the first ten years of...
