European Commission asks five Member States to present their updated Energy-Climate Plans

12/03/25 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 12 March, the European Commission issued reasoned opinions against Belgium, Estonia, Croatia, Poland and Slovakia for failing to submit their final, updated National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs), as required by EU Regulation 2018/1999 (see EUROPE B13443A5).
