12/03/25 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 12 March, MEPs adopted the 2026 calendar for plenary sessions of the European Parliament, based on a proposal from the Conference of Presidents of the political groups (CoP). In 2026, Parliament will hold fifteen plenary sessions, including twelve sessions in Strasbourg and two mini-plenary sessions in Brussels (25-26 March and 11-12 November). The dates of the plenary sessions in Strasbourg are as follows: 19-22 January, 9-12 February, 9-12 March, 27-30 April, 18-21 May, 15-18 June, 6-9 July, 14-17 September, 5-8 October, 19-22 October, 23-26 November and 14-17 December. A one-day plenary session will be held in Brussels on 27 January to commemorate International Holocaust Remembrance Day. (MB)
