WMO, IRENA and Copernicus stress importance of understanding climate factors to strengthen energy resilience

In a new retrospective report on the year 2023, published on 4 March, the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) have highlighted how climate variability is significantly affecting energy indicators.
