Slovakia condemned by Court of Justice of EU for failing to update its flood management plans

06/02/2025 (Agence Europe) – In a judgment delivered on Thursday 6 February (Case C-281/24), the Court of Justice of the European Union condemned Slovakia for failing to send the European Commission an update regarding its national flood risk management plans within the specified timeline - December 2021.
