EU takes Spain to Court for failure to comply with public procurement rules

16/12/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 16 December, the European Commission referred Spain to the EU Court of Justice (CJEU) in the infringement proceedings launched against it for failure to comply with the public procurement directives. Spain has still not introduced the necessary changes to its national law to make it compatible with the European directives, according to the Commission.
