European Commission calls on several Member States to designate national DSA coordinator

16/12/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 16 December, the European Commission sent a letter of formal notice to Bulgaria and reasoned opinions to Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands and Poland for failing to appoint or empower their national coordinators under the European Digital Services Act (DSA).
