Whereas the Israeli Parliament adopted on Monday 28 October of legislation banning all contact between entities of the Jewish State and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, urged the Israeli authorities to reconsider their position.
