Passenger rights, Hungarian Presidency of EU Council proposes three solutions for concept of ‘carrier’

For the meeting of attachés and experts from the Working Party on Transport - ‘Intermodal Questions and Networks’ held on Monday 30 September, the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the EU proposed three solutions concerning the concept of ‘carrier’ in the regulation on passenger rights in multimodal journeys (see EUROPE B13429A5), according to a non-paper obtained by Agence Europe.
