European Commission authorises Exyte’s acquisition of Kinetics

01/10/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 30 September, the European Commission unconditionally authorised the proposed acquisition of Kinetics Holding GmbH by Exyte GmbH, a transaction between two German companies. Exyte is active worldwide in design, engineering, procurement and construction for advanced technology industries such as semiconductors.
