ACER consults on revised draft of new network code on demand response

06/09/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 5 September, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) launched a new public consultation until 31 October on the future EU-wide network code on ‘demand response’ for electricity consumers. The European Commission approved an ACER framework guideline in March 2023 and subsequently asked the EU Distribution System Operators Entity (DSO Entity) and the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E)...
