This autumn, on Tuesday 3 September, the European Commission announced the selection of 34 new “Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters” (EMJMs) programmes and 50 “Erasmus Mundus Design Measures” (EMDMs) projects for 2024, to help create new integrated programmes and expand the international academic offering.
These programmes, involving consortia of organisations from 38 countries, aim to promote academic excellence and international openness in higher education.
Each consortium comprises an average of 24 participating organisations, including associate partners from 40 other countries.
The new masters programmes cover a wide range of fields, including mobility innovation, smart city management, digital innovation in health, human sexology, gender and security. These programmes will be open to students from all over the world, with the possibility of full scholarships funded by the European Union.
Calls for funding are issued every year to organisations and institutions.
