ACER reports 345 cases under review for sanction decisions under REMIT regulation at end of second quarter of 2024

On Wednesday 31 July, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) published its report for the second quarter of 2024 on the REMIT Regulation, aimed at ensuring the transparency and integrity of energy markets, revised this year in response to changing market dynamics (see EUROPE B13393A34).

This quarterly report provides an updated overview of sanction decisions under the Regulation, with 345 cases under review at the end of the second quarter of 2024.
