13/02/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 13 February, the European Commission unveiled the results of the third call for postdoctoral fellowships under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) for 2023, supported by the Horizon Europe European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation. The European Research Executive Agency (REA), which implements the grants programme, has announced that it has received 8,039 applications for this call. 5.8% of the applications submitted were selected for funding. 1,249 post-doctoral researchers from all fields of science will share €260 million in support to improve their skills and boost their careers. Within this overall budget, €221.4 million will support the projects of 1,110 researchers as part of European postdoctoral fellowships. A budget of €39.07 million will support 139 postdoctoral fellowships worldwide. The next call will open on 10 April. Further information: https://aeur.eu/f/au8 (EV)
