13/02/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday, 13 February, the European Commission published an implementing regulation by which it is extending its anti-dumping duty on ceramic tiles imported from China. In 2022, it had received a request from the European Ceramic Tile Manufacturers’ Association to review the measures before they expired. According to the European Commission, the investigation showed that the anti-dumping duty was still necessary to protect European producers. It is therefore maintaining the duty, with the same rates—namely, from 13.9% to 69.7% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price. See the implementing regulation: https://aeur.eu/f/ats (LM)
