European Commission raises ceilings per company for small amounts of aid

On Wednesday 13 December, the European Commission adopted two regulations amending the general rules on small amounts of aid (also known as the de minimis Regulation or Regulation EU/1407/2013) and the rules on small amounts of aid for Services of General Economic Interest (also known as the de minimis SGEI Regulation or Regulation EU/360/2012).
