In a judgment delivered on Thursday 30 November, the Court of Justice of the European Union ruled that the obligation to inform a migrant about the asylum procedure and to organise a personal interview with them is incumbent on all Member States of the European Union where an asylum application has been lodged (joined cases C-228/21, C-254/21, C-297/21, C-315/21 and C-328/21).
