COP28, a joint declaration by 27 EU countries and 79 partner countries from Africa, Caribbean and Pacific as a pledge of North/South solidarity

With 106 votes, the 27 EU countries and the 79 African, Caribbean and Pacific countries that make up the Organisation of ACP States (OACPS) intend to influence the negotiations at the 28^th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) to “achieve positive results”, particularly in terms of North/South solidarity.
