Andreas Schwab wants DMA to cover services associated with regulated services

On Monday 9 October, German MEP Andreas Schwab (EPP) briefed members of the European Parliament’s Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO) on the implementation of the Digital Markets Act (DMA) (see EUROPE B13258A23). While discussions with the European Commission are progressing on this matter, the former DMA rapporteur would also like to see services associated with regulated services treated in the same way as gatekeepers.
