European General Court dismisses appeals against European sanctions imposed on a Russian oligarch and his wife

In a judgment delivered on Wednesday 6 September (cases T-270/22 and T-272/22), the General Court of the European Union dismissed the appeals by Dmitry Pumpyanskiy and his wife, Galina Pumpyanskaya, against the restrictive measures adopted against them by the EU Council.
