05/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission opened registration for a technical workshop on data obligations under the Digital Markets Act (DMA) (see EUROPE 13148/36) on Wednesday 5 April. At this workshop on 5 May, stakeholders will have the opportunity to provide input and views on how platforms designated as gatekeepers (see EUROPE 13054/14) should comply with their obligations under the DMA. The focus in these exchanges should be on data processing, the combination and cross-use of personal data, the use of non-publicly available data of business users and data portability.
