EU development ministers reaffirmed their determination to continue their strong support for the short- and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine at their informal meeting in Stockholm on Thursday 9 March. The defence of multilateralism was the main theme of this session, which also addressed the reform of the multilateral development banks to meet the huge financing needs of the most vulnerable countries, as well as the strengthened global governance of health.
