European Commission to propose legislative initiative on European Works Councils by end of year

06/03/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commissioner for Social Affairs, Nicolas Schmit, will put forward a legislative proposal amending the 2009 directive on European Works Councils by the end of this year, he said on 3 March during an interview with Euractiv.
