An agreement was formally signed on Sunday 5 March at the United for Justice conference hosted by the Ukrainian authorities in Lviv between the states of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) (see EUROPE B13109A2), supported by Eurojust, the EU Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation, to establish an International Centre for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression (see EUROPE B13109A1).
