The Swedish Presidency of the Council of the EU will present a new compromise text on the anti-SLAPPs Directive in a working group on Wednesday 15 March. A text that EUROPE has obtained proposes, among other things, to remove the definition of a cross-border case and to circumscribe the scope of application.
