07/04/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission published an implementing regulation, on 7 April, imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on certain graphite electrode systems from China. In October 2021, it had already imposed provisional anti-dumping duties on these products (see EUROPE 12814/20). The continued loss suffered by European producers from Chinese imports of these products justifies, in the Commission’s view, the extension of the duties. These range from 23 to 74.9%.
