01/12/21 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 29 November, the European Commission unveiled interactive dashboards to assess Member States’ resilience to four challenges: ecological and digital transitions, socio-economic and geopolitical dimensions. This tool will help Member States and the European Union to guide their policies to fill the identified gaps. The creation of these dashboards was announced in the EU institution’s 2020 Strategic Foresight Report (see EUROPE 12556/9). “The dashboards will also contribute to measuring our economic and social wellbeing, by going beyond a conventional GDP approach”, Commission Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič said in a statement.
