Covid certificates issued by Georgia, Moldova, New Zealand and Serbia recognised as equivalent to those issued in EU

15/11/2021 (Agence Europe)The European Commission adopted on Monday 15 November equivalence decisions for the Covid certificates issued by Georgia, Moldova, New Zealand and Serbia, which means that vaccination, testing or recovery documents for Covid-19 issued by these third countries are deemed valid in the EU and vice versa, and that travellers from these third countries will be able to present them to travel to the EU. This brings the number of countries and territories now connected to the European system to 49. The decisions will apply from Tuesday 16 November. (SP)
