EU leaders will meet in Brussels to discuss Covid-19, economic recovery, migration and external relations, including relations with Turkey and Russia. – Covid-19: update on the epidemiological and vaccine situation and continued coordination efforts in response to the pandemic; update on the latest restrictions on free movement within the EU and information by the Commission on lessons learned from the pandemic at this stage. – Economic recovery: update on the state of implementation of Next Generation EU and debate on the recommendation on the economic policy of the euro area. – Migration: review of the situation on the different migration routes. – Turkey: resumption of discussions on EU-Turkey relations. – Russia: resumption of discussions on relations with Russia, on the basis of a report by the High Representative and the Commission (see EUROPE 12742/1).
