Judgment by Karlsruhe Court, advisability of initiating infringement proceedings against Germany referred to Parliament

The advisability of opening infringement proceedings against Germany for challenging the rule of law of the European Union by the German Constitutional Court was raised on Tuesday 14 July at a joint public hearing organised by the European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs and Committee on Constitutional Affairs (see EUROPE B12480A17).
