Commissioners-designate prepare their hearings for European Parliament

Meeting for the first time, on Thursday 12 September outside Brussels, the 26 Commissioners-designate of the 'von der Leyen' team met and started to prepare for the hearings which they will undergo for 3 hours, between Monday 30 September and Tuesday 8 October (see EUROPE B12326A24).

The entire team will be present in Strasbourg during the European Parliament's first plenary session back after the recess, from Monday 16 to Thursday 19 September (see other news). This will be an opportunity...
