Towards creation of fisheries organisation in western and central Atlantic ocean

On Thursday, 27 June, the European Commission adopted a proposal to obtain authorisation from the Council of the EU to open negotiations on establishing a regional fisheries management organisation in the western and central Atlantic ocean on behalf of the EU.
