Worried Huawei calls on American justice system to speed up its assessment

29/05/2019 (Agence Europe) – Chinese telecommunications equipment manufacturer Huawei made a new request to the US courts on Wednesday 29 May, to have its March complaint against the US's National Defence Authorization Act analysed more quickly. This 'request for summary judgment' from a court in Texas concerns the prohibition on government agencies to obtain telecommunications equipment from Huawei and ZTE (National Defence Authorization Act - NDAA) and not the blacklist published on...
