29/05/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Judicial Cooperation Agency, Eurojust, announced on Wednesday 29 May the dismantling of extensive trafficking in Subutex, a drug prescribed for heroin withdrawal, between France and Ukraine, via Poland. The estimated profits would be €10 million. In total, nine suspects - five French and four Ukrainians - were arrested in a major raid on 22 May, carried out jointly by the French, Polish and Ukrainian authorities, supported by Eurojust and Europol. 20 house and car searches were carried out and more than 7,200 pills worth $100,000 were seized from the illegal Ukrainian market, Eurojust said in a statement.
