Ministers expected to issue sanctions against four more Syrians for use of chemical weapons

On Monday 19 March, European foreign ministers are due to add without debate four names to the list of individuals hit by EU sanctions on the Syrian regime for their role in the development and use of chemical weapons against civilians, a European source told EUROPE on Friday 16 March.
