Negotiators from the European Parliament and the Estonian Presidency of the Council, assisted by the European Commission, reached provisional agreement in trialogue in the evening of Wednesday 18 October on the draft regulation seeking to extend the derogation to the EU emissions trading system (ETS) for long-haul flights.
