EU bans port access for four vessels

19/10/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 19 October, the European Union banned access to its ports for four vessels, thus transposing a decision of the United Nations Security Council of 3 October 2017 in connection to North Korea's illicit nuclear and ballistic missile programmes.  The vessels concerned are the cargo ships Petrel 8, which flies the flag of the Comoros, Hao Fan 6 (flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis), Tong San 2 (north Korean flag) and Jie Shun (flag of Cambodia).  These...
