Court annuls two Court of First Instance judgements concerning access to documents relating to procedure, and rules in Commission's favour

Brussels, 29/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - In its judgements in Cases C-139/07P and C-28/08 delivered on Tuesday 29 June, the EU Court of Justice puts an end to two long legal battles by cancelling two judgements of the Court of First Instance (CFI), and ruling in the European Commission's favour in both cases.
