Luxembourg, 29/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - With a compromise at first reading with the European Parliament in May, the EU Council of Ministers adopted without debate, on Tuesday 29 June in Luxembourg, a regulation amending specific measures in the agricultural sector in favour of the Union's outermost regions. Regulation 247/2006 is to be slightly amended with the introduction, extension or adjustment of certain derogations for sugar, milk and wine.
