Brussels, 29/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 29 June, the European Commission referred the assessment of the acquisition of Plus Bulgaria and Plus Romania by German retailer Lidl to the competition authorities of Bulgaria and Romania, at their request.
