Yes to Mahle stake in Behr Industry

Brussels, 29/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has cleared the acquisition by the automotive supplier Mahle GmbH of a 60% stake in Behr Industry GmbH & Co KG, a subsidiary of Behr GmbH & Co KG, all of Germany. Mahle is active worldwide in the automotive supply industry in the development, manufacturing and sale of components and systems for automotive and motor vehicles.
